Jack Daniel's Whiskey is rich and silky with prominent notes of sweet vanilla, natural corn, rye, barley malt and then charcoal filtered. Sweet notes of caramel, and vanilla mingled with notes of charred wood. 
 
History
Jack Daniel's Whiskey is a unique spirit produced using a mash bill of 70% rye, 18% corn and 12% malted barley. Straight Rye combines the distinct flavor of rye and the Jack Daniel Distillery’s time-honored charcoal mellowing process, it follows the same process that makes Tennessee whiskey unique.
