This is a well-aged expression which makes use of a special strain of jug yeast which the beam family have made use of for over 60 years. 53. 5 % abv 107 proof tasting note nose: fruity caramel toffee dark fruit spice. Palate: nutty with good grip. Plenty of tangy fruit with vanilla spice and rounded char. Finish: rounded good length sweetness and coffee.
